Terms of Service
Effective date: April 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fig ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fig provides a platform for provisioning and managing personal AI agents that are deployed as Telegram bots running on cloud infrastructure. Fig is currently offered as an invite-only research preview. The Service includes the dashboard, agent deployment, and a limited set of third-party integrations.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass others through your agents
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use agents to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Agent Deployment
Agents you deploy run on third-party infrastructure (Fly.io) and interact with external services on your behalf. You are responsible for the instructions you give your agents and the actions they take. You acknowledge that AI agents may produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs and should not be relied upon for critical decisions without human review.
6. Third-Party Integrations
During the research preview, the Service supports Google Workspace as its primary third-party connection. The codebase may include additional integrations, but they may be disabled or unavailable in the current preview. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content and instructions you provide to your agents. We retain ownership of the Service, its design, code, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Service Availability
Fig is currently in Research Preview. We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fig and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fig and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your agents' actions, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
